  I misplaced my key and had to get a locksmith. Called up a friend who recommend this service and said she trusted them to be prompt when called up. I spoke with a rep I think, and was given a specific charge for the work. Technician arrived in about an hour, looked it over and helped me get in while he went for a replacement. He arrives back at my place in less than an hour and had the lock changed. Can't remember how much I paid but I was happy to get into my house and have the lock changed on such short notice.
