  Very unhappy...almost had to go to court with these guys.
  I know it as Galleote Installations. We were working with Graham.
  
  We did a whole house renovation with them, Including a full demo and rebuild of the kitchen.
  
  It was a really bad experience. The finishes were bad anywhere you look. When you want them to come and see, or even just finish their job, they won't answer your phone. A lot of the work were not only "not up to code", it was done amateurish at best!
  
  Who installs a window without waterproofing it, and make it flush with the exterior wall?....They do!
  
  Who makes a new ceiling, and leave a 1/2" of empty gap between all the door frames and the ceiling? They do!
  
  Who gives a quote, and than changes it afterwards? They do!
  
  My kitchen island is shaking when I walk in the living room (they did all the floor and sub-floor as well).
  
  They replaced the toilet, and didn't put any silicone around.
  
  I have at least 10 more examples for those kind of things.....but I'll leave at that for now. Most of the things we fixed ourselves, or hired someone else to do. Some of the things are still not fixed.
  
  To make a long story short: They don't keep their time frame, they NEVER finish the job correctly, and they are not that cheap.....so look elsewhere.
  
  Unfortunately, they are not registered ob BBB...so couldn't open a complaint there.
  
  Pic1: Staircase nosing are not even sanded or finished in any way.
  Pic2: Huge gap between front door and deck.
  Pic3: Window protrude outside, leaving no gap to proceed with exterior work.
  Pic4: drop ceiling not put back correctly, and damaged.
