  Just bought another nice guitar and the service was great! The factory setup was good, but L&M will do a free one and I took advantage of that to get the action just right.
  Enter technician, Kelvin Henderson! Easy to talk to and knowledgable. I have ALL the tools to do my own setups and all the course, but Kevin surpassed my knowledge. Fast, polite and responsive. Thank, Kelvin!
