  I accidentally broke the outer shell of our beautiful pendant lighting when installing. I went back to the store, explained what happened, asked for the replacement part, the gentlemen came back and gave me the part for free! Most importantly it was the excellent customer service from the moment I first brought the lighting fixture and coming back with the same service is what impressed me the most. Highly recommend them to anyone for quality lighting, competitive pricing and excellent service.
