  I have purchased 3 sets of mattresses (2 queen size and 1 king size) plus pillows from Sleep Country.
  Recently, I went to store and explained to the sales person that spring-box of my king size mattress is broken and i can't sleep on it because of uneven surface. Sales person of the store gave me a a number of a customer service desk and asked me to call that number.
  I have dialed the number on my way out from the store and no-one answered and I left a message; it was one or two days before Christmas of 2017 .
  Since that day no-one called me back and I called again on January 12, 2018. if I wouldn't call the Customer Care again I believe no-one would call me back before next Christmas.
  Finally I spoke with one of the Customer Care Representatives and I have explained the situation with the spring-box and she told me that specialist will call me and will check the spring-box. I asked her when the specialist will call me back, because I currently sleep on the floor. She told me that the specialist usually calls customers within 4-6 weeks.
  I was really shocked because I have to sleep on the floor for the next 4-6 weeks. I have paid good money for the comfort that Sleep Country advertises, but I can't get that comfort because it will take the specialist 4-6 weeks to come and see the spring -box. And who knows how long it will take to replace that broken spring-box It is an urgent matter for each person because absence of normal sleeping conditions, affect other spheres of every day life and my ability to perform well at work. I would say that the Customer Care service is extremely poor.
