  I went in ready to buy a new mattress. The bald guy who tried to sell to me was incredibly rude and lacked the basic qualities of customer service. The first principle of sales is to find out what your customer wants. Even after I told him I want to buy a new twin bed, he tried to sell me a used mattress. It was weird, but I let it go. Then he showed me a mattress that was out of my price range. When I tried to tell him my budget (so we both wouldn't waste time), he cut me off and said "let me finish" in the rudest tone. I told him that he needed to improve his customer service skills and just walked out. I'll take my money elsewhere!
