  I am having second thoughts about ordering from this store.
  
  Customer service is disorganized and the invoice provided to me does not itemize the individual cost of material and installation for each component. It only provides a grand "total" (really sounds like a magic number) which is by now covered with at least 3 if not 4 coats of white-out. Finally, although the invoice says that the plans are attached, they are not. I had to pay $50 to get a photocopy of a plan for a built-in cabinet which I pretty much designed myself. None of the plans for the other stuff that I think of ordering has been included with the invoice. The plans are also all covered in white-out, big stickies in case (I presume) I steal their concept???. Who's to say that they will not blame me if they make a mistake? How do I know what the price is, when they can't calculate? They provide me with a quote while at my house, then called me back with an almost $1,500 increase in the cost?
