  We purchased a Bosch washer and dryer at Universal Appliances. After providing the measurements to the sales staff the units did not fit in our space. He neglected to mention we needed to add an additional 4" for plumbing. We explained the importance of the measurements yet he still failed to advise us. He told us the installation fee was $160, it was $282.50. He told us our old units would be removed, when the delivery people arrived they claimed they were unaware of having to remove the old units. After contacting management, we were given $30, no apology for the sales staff's misinformation, no apology that we have appliances that don't fit and no apology for the inconvenience. Don't purchase appliances at Universal. They misled us and did not handle our concerns appropriately. We should have been given an apology by management and reimbursed a portion of installation.
